The Number Of Articles Referred To In Point Iii/1 May Change In Value By A Maximum Of Minus 25% Of The Total Value Of The Contract For The Supply Of The Above-Mentioned Subject Of The Order, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Use The Subject Of The Contract To The Full Extent In Terms Of Quantity Or Value.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Order Within The Limits Of The Contractors Remuneration. Changes May Consist In Increasing Or Decreasing The Quantity And Value Of A Given Item(S) At The Expense Of Decreasing Or Increasing The Value Of Other Types Of Items. If Quantity Shortages Are Found During Receipt Of The Delivery And Quality, The Contractor Delivers The Goods Free From Quality Defects And Corrects The Quantitative Deficiencies Within Two Hours From The Moment Of Filing The Complaint.10. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Quantitative And Qualitative Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Any Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product.
