As Part Of This Award Procedure, A General Contractor Is To Be Hired As A Construction Partner, Who Will Also Take Over The Implementation Planning (Lph 5 According To Hoai 2021) (Gu+). The Scope Of The Planning And Construction Services To Be Provided Aims To Hand Over The Administration Center And The Parking Garage To The Administration Turnkey And Ready For Operation In March 2028.
