Painting Work – Renovation And Expansion Of The School At Treene Sv Friedrichstadt - Painting And Varnishing Work. The School At Treene Is A Two-Class Elementary School With 200 Students. The Buildings Are In Need Of Renovation. The Existing Building Is To Be Comprehensively Renovated In Terms Of Functionality And Energy Efficiency And Adapted To Current Educational Needs. Part Of The Existing Building Is To Be Dismantled And A Multifunctional New Building Is To Be Built For The Cafeteria, The Ogs And Specialist Rooms. The Execution Is Planned In Two Construction Phases, During Which The School Remains Fully Operational. For This Purpose, A Container System Will Be Built In The Schoolyard. This Includes Four Classrooms, A Food Bank And Sanitary Rooms. The Existing Buildings Will Then Be Demolished And The Existing Buildings Will Be Selectively Dismantled. The Painting And Varnishing Work Includes The Complete Repair Of The Existing Buildings Inside And Out As Well As The New Building And Will Be Carried Out In Two Construction Phases. All Existing Facades, Except The Gymnasium, Will Be Recoated. These Consist Of Masonry, Etics And Wood. The Etics Base Will Be Completely Renewed.
