The Unterallgäu District Is Inviting Tenders For The Planning Services (From The Implementation Planning) And The Construction Services For The New Construction Of A Student Dormitory At The Bad Wörishofen Vocational School Center. At The Planned Location Of The New Building There Is Currently A Steel Container System From The 1990S. The Demolition Or Dismantling Is Carried Out On Site. The Plan Is Now To Build A New Student Dormitory In Wooden Modular Construction, Consisting Of A Total Of 40 Prefabricated Turnkey Room Cells. The Cellar And The Stelbetonbeonde Slab Remain From The Existing Structure And Should Be Reused. An Existing Reinforced Concrete Staircase Leads Down From The Technical Room On The Ground Floor. The Lower Distribution Corridor/Supply Corridor Is Retained Unchanged. A Wood Chip System Is Available As A Central Heating System In The Adjacent Building And Supplies The New Building Via The Existing Supply Corridor And Technical Room In The Basement. A Gable Roof And A Ventilated Wooden Facade Are Also Part Of The Planning And Construction Work. The New Building Was Approved By The Unterallgäu District Office On April 2, 2024.
