Expression of Interest For Consultancy Services For Upgradation And Implementation Of Road Asset Management System On The Road Network

Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Upgradation and implementation of Road Asset Management System on the Road Network The services would include technical and functional upgradation of the RAMS which is in operation in the department. It would also include addition of new modules, updation of existing data along with the inclusion of new data as applicable on Assam road network comprising of around 66,203 km and preparation of Annual and Multi-year Asset Management Plan for the priority road network. The period of the consultancy services would be 36 months including 12 months for RAMS software upgradation, 2 years for Operation & Maintenance support. The annual data collection, updation and preparation of Asset Management Plan for two years will be undertaken concurrently during the initial 24 months. It is estimated that an input of about 180 person-months of key-professional staff would be required for the assignment.
