The scope of work is inclusive of Construction of commercial facilities like waterfront restaurants, fitness center, retail Shops, community shops and supermarket. Contractors Prequalified and registered, before publishing date or at the publish date of the tender, either with Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning houses under Grade A (Houses category) and under Grade C and above (Apartment Building category) or Ministry of Works construction projects under Grade A and above (valid on the date of the tender submission) are only eligible to participate in this tender. Contractors must have carried out similar nature projects with the construction projects with the minimum construction Built-up Area of 5,000 sqm and above during the last 5 years only will be eligible to participate in this tender.
