Informal Care Support: The Structural Provision Of Practical Support For A (Usually) Consecutive Number Of Minutes Per Week, Determined On Indication, As A Replacement For The Tasks Of The Informal Caregiver. During That Period, The Informal Caregiver Has Time For Other Matters And Relaxation. On Average, An Offer Of Informal Care Guidance Is Assumed For A Continuous Period Of 180 Minutes Per Week. In May 2024, 30 Clients Are Receiving Informal Care Guidance. The Expected Estimated Value Per Contract Year Is €380,000. The Maximum Order Value Under This Framework Agreement Over The Entire Term Of The Order Has Been Set By The Municipality Of Lansingerland At € 3,420,000 Excluding Vat.
