Now Køge City Council Has Decided To Complete Køge Nord Care Center By Realizing Stage 3 Consisting Of Up To 40 Homes. The Consulting Services Included In The Tender Are Described In The Tender Materials Based On Ybb 19, Where Services Cover All Derived Disciplines Within Tendering/Quotation, Architect, Engineer, Landscape, Statics, Fire, Geotechnics, Environment, Acoustics/Noise, Sustainability, Lar Etc. Expected Start Of Contract Is 1/12/2024. There Must Be A Tender Project For The Construction Of Køge Nord Care Center Stage 3, Which Can Be Processed By The Steering Group/Politics At A Series Of Meetings In June, 2025. The Tender For The Construction As A Turnkey Contractor Is Expected To Be Completed In The Second Half Of 2025. The Tender Will Be Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation.
