Construction Work – Engineering Design And Construction Of Skarabakken Activity Centre. Sandnes Eiendom (Se) Invites Tenderers To A Competition For Engineering Design Services For And The Construction Of A Skarabakken Activity Centre. The Project Includes The Construction Of A New Activity Centre In Skarabakken To Replace The Current Vågsgjerd Activity Centre, Which The Contracting Authority Currently Hires. The Activity Centre Is A Day Offer For Persons With Disabilities. The New Building Is For 3 Floors Including Partly The Basement. The Total Area Is Approx. Gross 3,333 M2 And Shall Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Passive House Standard Ns 3701 With Energy Class A Light Green. The Project Shall Be Carried Out As A Builder Developed Turnkey Contract In Accordance With Ns 8407, With A Draft/Preliminary Project Carried Out By Ark, Rib, Riv, Rie, Rieaut, Ribr, Riaku, Rien, Rim, Riva And Lark. The Start Of The Project Is Planned For 14 October 2024. Tenderers Shall Have The Capacity To Complete The Contract Works At The Latest By 3 June 2026 (Final Deadline).
