Tender 24-008 Sandowne Elementary Mechanical Upgrade . The Project Generally Consists Of Removing Existing Horizontal Unit Ventilators, Installing One (1) New Energy Recovery Unit (Erv) And Providing Associated Piping, Ductwork And Ducted Electric Zone Heaters. The Erv Has Been Pre-Purchased By Sd72 For The Contractor To Take Delivery And Install. Ddc Controls Will Be Provided Under Separate Contract By Owner. Electrical And Structural Work Will Be Provided In Support Of The Mechanical Upgrade.
