The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Computer Laboratories And The Creation Of The Infożerom It Education Center At The Complex Of Vocational Education And Training Centers In Bielawa, Ul. Żeromskiego 41. 2. The Order Will Be Implemented From External Funds As Part Of The Project Entitled Investments In The Educational Infrastructure Of Vocational Schools Run By Dzierżoniów County (Recruitment No. Feds.09.02-Ip.01-049/23). 3. The Building Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. 4. The Construction Project In Question Does Not Require A Building Permit Or A Notification Of Works. 5. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of Teaching Rooms No. 306, 307, 308, 309 On The Third Floor Along With The Corridor, Including: 1) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Of Power Sockets (Room No. 306, 307, 308, 309, Corridor) ; 2) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Of The Computer Network (Room No. 306, 307, 308, 309, Corridor); 3) Replacement Of The Electrical Lighting Installation (Room No. 306, 307, 308, 309, Corridor); 4) Replacement And Appropriate Equipment Of Switchboards (Room No. 306, 307, 308, 309, Corridor); 5) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation In Terms Of Replacing Radiators (In All Modernized Rooms And In The Corridor); 6) Demolition Of The Existing Partition Wall - In Classroom No. 308; 7) Installation Of A New Wall In Room No. 308 On A Structure Made Of Grooved Profiles Covered With Plasterboard; 8) Disassembly Of The Washbasin Along With The Approaches – 1 Set. (Room No. 309); 9) Repair Works After Completion Of The Above-Mentioned Scope Of Work And Accompanying Works (In All Renovated Rooms); 10) Painting And Accompanying Works (Rooms 306, 307, 308, 309, Corridor); 11) Flooring Works - Repair Of The Subfloor And Replacement Of The Carpet (Room No. 308 And Corridor). 6. For The Purposes Of The Investment, It Is Not Expected To Be Necessary To Provide External Connections And Installations. All Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out Inside The Existing Building. 7. Attention! The Studio Equipment (Furniture, Computers) Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Order. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design And Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 9. The Design And Technical Documentation Consists Of: 1) Construction Design, 2) Detailed Design, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior), 4) Bill Of Quantities. 10. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Only Informational And Auxiliary Documentation In Preparing The Offer (It Is Not A Document Constituting The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order). 11. Whenever In The Design Documentation Or Stwior There Is A Reference To A Non-Mandatory International Or National Standard, It Should Be Understood That The Ordering Party Allows In The Offer Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Quoted Non-Mandatory National Or International Standard. 12. All Named Materials And Adopted Technologies Used In The Technical And Design Documentation Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers For The Named Materials And Devices Listed In The Referenced Technical Documentation While Maintaining Their Quality Requirements. Equivalent Materials Must Be Mentioned By Name In The Offer, And The Burden Of Proving Compliance With The Technical Parameters And Quality Standards Required By The Ordering Party Rests With The Person Submitting The Offer. The Quality Of The Materials Offered For Installation Must Meet The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) Together With The Implementing Acts To This Act In Connection With Joke. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725) And Meet Technical Parameters And Quality Requirements Not Worse Than Those Described In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. 13. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty Of No Less Than 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works, Confirming The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order.
