A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Number Of Materials In The Scope Of Individual Packages, Is Specified In The Product And Price Forms, Which Constitute Annexes No. 2.1 - No. 2.7 To Swz.3, Respectively. Whenever In The Assortment And Price Form, The Ordering Party Mentioned The Name Of The Manufacturer Of Dental Material, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of An Equivalent Product Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act And In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 Specifies Nw. Equivalence Criterion.4. By Equivalent Dental Material, The Ordering Party Understands A Product With At Least The Same Parameters As The Material Specified By The Ordering Party.
