The Ordering Party Does Not Divide It Into Parts - Due To The Fact That Concluding Two Or More Contracts Would Make It Impossible To Keep The Provisions Of The Promise And Complicated Guidelines Regarding Making Payments From The Polish Ład Program. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Sports Infrastructure (Municipal Playing Fields) In The Damnica Commune. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Intentions And The Right Of Option: 1: Modernization Of The Pitch In Damnica In The Design And Build System - With The Right Of Option. This Intention Is To Consist In The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Locker Room In Damnica With A Gym With Equipment, Connection Of The Facility To The Municipal Sewage Network And Fencing The Pitch And Installing Monitoring Of The Facility; 2: Modernization Of The Pitch In Damno In The Design And Build System. This Intention Is To Consist In The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Locker Room In Damno To Include A Gym With Equipment, Renovation Of The Locker Rooms, Renovation Of Orlik-Type Containers, Renovation Of The Stands, Fencing Of The Pitch .3: Construction Of Lighting For The Pitch In Damnica. The Intention Is To Build Stadium Lighting - 7 Led Lamps (Square Lighting - 1 Fixture On One 5 M High Pole And Lighting For The Pitch - 6 Pieces - 20 Fixtures On 6 Poles 12 M High). – Based On The Project – Annex No. 1.1 And Annex No. 1.4, Which Constitutes The Minimum Parameters For The Lighting Construction Project. – Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, Which Provide For Photometric Calculations Not Worse Than The Base Ones. Optional Intention – With The Option Right Is The Reconstruction Of The Stands At The Stadium In Damnica. Under The Option Right, The Reconstruction Of The Stands In Damnica Is Envisaged. The Scope Includes The Works Described In The Design Documentation Entitled Reconstruction Of The Roofing Of The Stands For Spectators At The Sports Stadium.
