Development Of A Risk Management Program - Pgr The Risk Management Program (Pgr) Is An Essential Tool For Identifying, Evaluating, Controlling And Monitoring Risks In The Work Environment. It Must Be Developed And Implemented In Accordance With The Guidelines Established By The Regulatory Standards Of The Ministry Of Labor And Employment, Specifically Nr-01 (General Provisions And Occupational Risk Management). The Pgr Must Contain At A Minimum The Following Elements:1. Identification Of Hazards: Detailed List Of Existing Or Potential Hazards In The Work Environment. Description Of Risk Agents (Physical, Chemical, Biological, Ergonomic And Mechanical) Present In Each Area Or Activity.2. Risk Assessment: Qualitative And Quantitative Analysis Of Identified Risks. Methodologies Used To Assess Risks (E.G.: Preliminary Risk Analysis, Risk Matrix). Classification Of Risks According To Their Probability Of Occurrence And Severity Of Impacts.3. Control Measures: Strategies And Control Measures Adopted To Eliminate, Reduce Or Control Risks. Hierarchy Of Control Measures (Elimination, Replacement, Engineering Control, Administrative Controls And Use Of Personal Protective Equipment Epis). Description Of Prevention And Protection Actions Implemented.4. Action Plan: Detailed Schedule Of Actions To Be Implemented For Risk Management. Responsible For Executing Actions. Deadlines For Implementation Of Control Measures.5. Monitoring And Reassessment: Procedures For Continuous Monitoring Of Risks And Control Measures. Frequency Of Inspections And Periodic Assessments. Performance Indicators And Effectiveness Of Control Measures.6. Training And Training: Training And Training Programs For Workers, Addressing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment And Control Measures. Frequency And Preparation Of A Technical Report On Working Environment Conditions - Ltcat The Technical Report On Working Environment Conditions (Ltcat) Is An Essential Document For The Assessment And Management Of Environmental Risks In The Work Environment, Aiming To Prevent Occupational Diseases And The Guarantee Of Adequate Working Conditions. It Is Regulated By The National Social Security Institute (Inss) And Must Be Prepared By An Occupational Safety Engineer Or An Occupational Doctor, Based On The Regulatory Standards (Nrs) Of The Ministry Of Labor And Employment. The Ltcat Must Contain, At A Minimum, The Following Elements:1. Identification Of The Body: Corporate Name, Cnpj, Address And Industry Of The Company. Identification Of Those Responsible For Preparing The Report, Including Name, Professional Registration And Signature Of The Responsible Safety Engineer Or Occupational Physician.2. Introduction: Objective Of The Report And Brief Description Of The Criteria Used To Assess Working Environment Conditions.3. Description Of Activities: Details Of The Activities Carried Out By Workers In Each Sector Or Function. Identification Of Production Processes And Operations Performed.4. Identification Of Environmental Risks: Description Of Environmental Agents Present In The Work Environment, Classified As Physical (Noise, Vibration, Radiation), Chemical (Dust, Fumes, Gases, Vapors), Biological (Micro-Organisms, Bacteria, Viruses), Ergonomic And Mechanics. Generating Sources Of Risk Agents. Location Of Risks Within The Environment
