The Subject Of This Public Contract Is (I) The Design, Development, Testing And Deployment Of The Edc Information System (Hereinafter Referred To As Is Edc), (Ii) The Provision Of System Integration Services To Ensure The Smooth Delivery Of The Entire Is Edc, Consisting In Particular In The Organization Of The Comprehensive Fulfillment Of The Subject Of Public Contracts And Preparing And Ensuring A Smooth Transition Of Is Edc To The Operational Environment; Part Of The Said Activity Is Also The Preparation Of Governance To Ensure Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing And Operation Of Is Edc And Project Management, (Iii) Provision Of Application Support Services And Development Of Is Edc, And (Iv) Design And Provision Of Infrastructure Services For Is Edc, That Everything According To The Needs And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Described In The Procurement Documentation, Or In Its Annexes.
