The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) And Has As Its Subject The Supply And Purchase Of Corrugated Non-Metallic, Flexible Pipes, According To The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Order Is Not Divided Into Separate Items And Includes Estimated Quantities For The Contract Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, As Follows: 1. Corrugated Non-Metallic Flexible Pipe, Ø 25 Mm / Corrugated Non-Metallic Pipe, Ø 25 Mm -50,000M . 2. Corrugated Non-Metallic Flexible Pipe, Ø 32 Mm / Corrugated Non-Metallic Pipe, Ø 32 Mm -60,000M. 3. Corrugated Non-Metallic Flexible Pipe, Ø 63 Mm / Corrugated Non-Metallic Pipe, Ø 63 Mm -2 500M. 4. Corrugated Non-Metallic Flexible Pipe, Ø 125 Mm / Corrugated Non-Metallic Pipe, Ø 125 Mm -4,000M. 5. Corrugated Non-Metallic Flexible Pipe, Ø 160 Mm / Corrugated Non-Metallic Pipe, Ø 160 Mm -500M. Participants Must Offer All Types Of Goods From The Subject Of The Order. Based On The Indicative Quantities, The Maximum Value Of The Specific Contract Will Be Determined. Award Criterion: The Award Criterion For Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Lowest Price. The Participant Offering The Lowest Total Value Is Ranked First. Terms And Place Of Delivery: The Goods Subject To The Order Will Be Transported (Delivered) By The Contractor, At His Expense, At His Responsibility And With His Technical Means (Resources). The Delivery Will Be Carried Out Free Of Charge From The Warehouses Of The Contracting Authority On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, In The Cities Of: Sofia, Vratsa, Levski And Dupnitsa, Or Specific Addresses Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites Specified By Him In The Relevant Delivery Order. Term Of The Contract: The Contract For Public Procurement Shall Be Concluded For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Starting From The Date Of Its Signing By The Parties Or Until Reaching The Maximum Value Of The Contract, Determined In Accordance With The Offer Of The Selected Contractor, Depending Whichever Of The Above Circumstances Occurs First In Time. Upon The Occurrence Of The First Of The Alternative And Independent Grounds For Termination So Specified, The Contract Shall Be Terminated Automatically Without The Need For Any Notice Or Notice To Be Given By Either Party To The Other Party. The Terms For The Delivery Of Goods Based On A Specific Order Are In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
