Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Awarding Of Planning And Construction Services For The General Renovation Of The Calw-Stammheim Community Hall To A General Contractor. The Bidder Must Offer The Client To Plan The General Renovation Of The Calw-Stammheim Community Hall In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Functional Service Description And To Renovate It On A Turnkey Basis And Ready For Operation. The Services Must Be Completed By September 30, 2026. The Project Has Been Submitted For Funding From The Federal Program For The Renovation Of Municipal Facilities In The Areas Of Sport, Youth And Culture. All Resulting Requirements For The Project Must Therefore Be Adhered To. The Respective Planning And Construction Services Can Be Carried Out By Different Companies. However, An Overall Offer Must Be Submitted To The Client. It Should Be Noted That The City Of Calw Intends To Provide A Maximum Of Eur 8.5 Million Gross (Kg 200 To 700) For The Planning And Construction Services To Be Provided. The Amount Should Be Less Than This And Includes All Additional Costs. Against This Background, The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Award Procedure If This Amount Is Exceeded.
