The Programme Business Case was approved by Cabinet in July 2023 and the Programme is now developing a Detailed Business Case to begin work on the design and delivery of the following foundational capabilities: DAIM systems, tools and services; Data and Information Integration; DAIM governance, assurance and policy; An operating model for DAIM across NZDF to ensure the right DAIM roles are established where they are needed; and An uplift in people capability so that users of NZDF information have the right knowledge and skills to use the volume and complexity of data and information NZDF holds.
