The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Roads In The Dłutów Commune, Consisting Of: 1) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces And Those Made Using Surface Consolidation Technology, With Defect Depths Of Approximately 5 Cm, By Performing Several Surface Consolidation Of The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Stone Grit - Estimated Number Of Works Approx. 400 M2; 2) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces And Those Made Using Surface Consolidation Technology, In Places Of Surface Cracks, By Performing A Single Surface Consolidation Of The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Stone Grit - Estimated Number Of Works Approx. 7000 M2. Scope Of Work: 1) Preparation Of The Surface For Repair:- Removal Of Loose Surface Crumbs; - Removal Of Water, Bringing The Damaged Area To An Air-Dry State; - Thorough Cleaning Of The Bottom And Edges Of The Damaged Area From Loose Chippings, Gravel, Sand And Dust. 2) Repair Of The Damaged Area, I.E. Filling The Damaged Area With Rip-Rap From Basalt Grit 6.3 Mm - 10 Mm, In An Amount Of 16 - 30 Kg M2 And Emulsion Under Pressure; 3) Sprinkle The Rip-Rap Layer (Mass) With Basalt Grit 2/4 Or 4/6.3 Mm, Respectively, In An Amount Of 8-12 Kg/ M2. The Substrate For Partial Renovations Of Asphalt Surfaces Of Municipal Roads Should Be Cleaned. The Substrate Surface Should Be Dry And Clean. Each Laid Layer Should Be Sprinkled With Asphalt Emulsion To Ensure Proper Bonding Between The Layers, In The Amount Specified In Knr 2-31, Table 1002, Items 01 And 02. Sprinkling Should Be Done In Advance, Within The Time Allowed For The Evaporation Of Water Or The Volatilization Of The Fluidizer. During The Implementation Of The Works, The Following Measurements And Tests Should Be Performed On An Ongoing Basis: - Layer Width; - Layer Evenness; - Transverse Slopes; - Thickness Of Individual Layers; - Appearance Of The Layer (Should Have A Uniform Structure); - Layer Compaction; - Aggregate Removal Unrelated; Materials To Be Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order: - Class I Basalt Grits - Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13043 Standard. For Renovations, Aggregate With Narrow Grain Size Fractions Of 2-5/5-8/4-6.3 And 6.3-10 Should Be Used;- Quick-Disintegrating Cationic Emulsion With 65% Asphalt Content In Accordance With The Pn-En 13808.2 Standard. The Unit Of Measurement For Works Is 1 M2 Of Repaired Surface, Accurate To Two Decimal Places. 3. In Accordance With The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And The Needs Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor, By Accepting The Subject Of The Order, Undertakes To: 1) Perform The Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The N/N Specifications And In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 2) Perform All Necessary Preparatory, Accompanying And Security Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order And Resulting From The Contractual Scope Of The Order, 3) Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, Maintenance Of The Construction Facilities, All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, As Well As Performance Of Other Foreseeable Activities Resulting From The Regulations That May Occur In Connection With The Works Carried Out, 4) Delivery Of All Construction And Auxiliary Materials And Equipment In Accordance With The Requirements Of The N/N Specifications, 5) Use Of Only New Construction Materials That Have Been Admitted To Trading And General And Individual Use In Construction In Accordance With The Act On Construction Products And Have The Required Parameters, Certificates, 6) Preparation Of Certificates, Approvals, Declarations, Test Results, Tests, Measurements For The Date Of Contractual Completion Of The Works, 7) Removal Of Fragments Of Damaged Asphalt Surface, Excess Soil And Possible Waste Generated During The Works On Our Own And At Your Own Expense; 8) Accepting Liability During The Course Of The Works For The Consequences And Results Of Activities In The Field Of: Organization Of Construction Works, Environmental Protection, Occupational Health And Safety Conditions, Road Traffic Safety Conditions Related To The Conduct Of Construction Works, Securing The Construction Site, Securing Communication Routes Adjacent To The Site Construction From The Consequences Of The Works Carried Out,9) Carrying Out Construction Works In A Way That Causes The Least Possible Disruption To Road And Pedestrian Traffic,10) Securing Access To The Property For The Duration Of The Works,11) Liability For Any Damage Within The Construction Area Caused By His Activities,12 ) Keeping The Construction Site Free From Traffic Obstacles And Collecting All Auxiliary Equipment And Materials In A Way That Does Not Cause Collisions,13) Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed And Possible Payment Of Compensation For Damage Resulting From Or In Connection With The Works,14) Reconstruction Of Training Ground Points, In The Event Of Their Occurrence And Possible Damage, 15) Taking Into Account The Costs Of Other Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, 16) Obtaining All Decisions And Arrangements Provided For By Law, If Necessary, 17) Keeping A Book Of Quantity Surveys And Making Available At Any Request Of The Ordering Party And Persons Authorized By Him.
