D) Preparation Of Project Documentation For A Joint Permit According To The Line Act, Which Specifies The Subject Of The Work To Such An Extent That It Can Be Discussed In The Planning Permit Procedure, Obtain A Valid Planning Permit According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, Effective From 1. 1. 2024 (Hereinafter Referred To As Nsz), Including Assessment Of Conformity Or Suitability For The Use Of An Interoperability Element Or Ec Declaration Of Verification Of The Subsystem By The Notified Body And The Activities Of The Osh Coordinator During Work On The Construction Site In The Preparation Phase, Including The Processing Of The Osh Plan On The Construction Site And The Maintenance Manual . E) Processing And Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Planning Permit According To The Nsz, Including All Required Documents, The Result Of Which Will Be The Issuance Of A Planning Permit. The Contractor Will Cooperate In Issuing The Relevant Decisions Until They Become Legally Binding F) Performance Of The Designers Supervision During The Construction Of The Pdps.
