Internet Or Intranet Server Application Development Services – Public Contract Relating To The Design, Commissioning, Operation, Marketing And Maintenance In Operational And Security Conditions Of The Single Title Multimodal Digital Service (Snmtu) For The Experimentation And Transition Phases. The Scale Of The Single Title Project.. The Purpose Of This Contract Is: 1) The Implementation Of The Experimentation Of The Single Ticket Multimodal Digital Service (Snm Tu), Allowing In Particular The Distribution And Use Of Transport Tickets From An Experimental National Application. 2) The Construction And Operation Of The Experimentation Of A National Interoperability Platform And In Particular A Tool For Distributing Transport Tickets In A Standardized Format And A National Revenue Payment Chamber. This Distribution Tool Must Be Able To Be Used By The National Application Mentioned In Point 1, But Also By Other Mobility Applications, And Allow The Definition And/Or Experimentation Of A Standardized Distribution Interface Format. The Distribution Of Titles Must: A. Either Be Able To Be Entirely Managed By The Solution Built By The Contract Holder, B. Or Rely On Digital Distribution Tools Implemented By Different Territories (E.G. Distribution Tool Already Existing And Used By A Network On A Local, Regional Or National Scale). The National Revenue Remittance Chamber Will Be Responsible For Distributing Public Or Private Revenue To Beneficiaries (Aom Or Their Operators) According To The Distribution Rules In Force. The Latter Will Be Able To Rely On Regional Or Local Revenue Payment Chambers To Take Existing Work Into Account. Bidders Are Expected To Provide A Modular And Scalable Solution, Which Can Be Enriched During The Contract In Order To Gradually Reach The Scope Of The Nominal Regime Via Purchase Orders, Taking Into Account Developments Already Carried Out Previously. The Main Services Expected Under This Contract Are As Follows: -Project Management; - The Design And Creation Of A National Interoperability Platform For The Distribution Of Transport Tickets And The Payment Of Revenues; - The Design And Commissioning Of The Snmtu; - The Marketing Of The Tu Postpaid Mobility Offer And The Titles Of Partner Networks And Assistance To Snmtu Users; - Operation Of The National Interoperability Platform And The Snmtu; - Carrying Out Developments In The National Interoperability Platform And The Snmtu Through The Ordering Of Work Units Via Purchase Orders. - The Transfer Of Skills To A Buyer At The End Of The Contract As Part Of A Transferability Or Reversibility Plan;
