Qualification Requirements: Relevance and comprehensiveness of the proposed approach. Innovative approaches to content creation and dissemination, particularly through digital platforms. Demonstrated experience and expertise in developing promotional materials for agricultural extension purposes. Demonstrated understanding of the target audience and their information needs. Cost-effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed budget and work plan. Commitment to gender sensitivity and inclusivity in content development.
