Quotation are invited for Garden and Pool Maintenance Services The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-quotation conference will be held on June 18, 2024, at 09:00 (local time) at the US Embassy Kinshasa, JAO Compound 498, Avenue Lt Colonel Lukusa - Gombe. Prospective offerors/quoters should pre-register by sending names of participants no later than June 13, 2024 at 12:00 (local time) to the Contracting Officer at [email protected].
