The Municipality Of Rautalammi Is Requesting A Bid For Construction And Supervision Tasks For The Infrastructure/Plot Construction Project For The Expansion Of The Toholahti Industrial Village, The Implementation Schedule Of Which Is 7/2024 – 6/2025. Construction Tasks Include Tasks G, H, I, J, K According To The Hjr18 Task List. The Construction Consultant Leads All The Supervisors And Coordinates Other Parties Working In Each Project (E.G. Contractors, Equipment Suppliers, Designers, The Customers Organization). The Purpose Of The Consultant Is To Supervise The Implementation According To The Contract, Construction Quality, Work Safety, And Temporal And Financial Implementation On The Site. The Goal Of Site Supervision Is Proactive Action To Monitor The Interest Of The Developer. The Selection Of The Project Contractor (Bidding) Begins After The Selection Of The Consultant, When The Consultant Participates In The Bidding. The Competition Material Is Already Ready. The Project Has Received A Grant From The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf) And The Just Transition Fund (Jtf), Which Is Why The Industrial Areas Road Section And Plot Section Are Tendered Separately.
