Compressed Air Systems Renewal-Construction Services . Replacement Of One (1) Air Compressor Serving The Dry Fire Suppression System And One (1) Air Compressor And One (1) Air Dryer Serving The Pneumatic Controls For Ahu T-1. All Equipment Is Located In The L1 Mechanical Room.For Each Of The Above:Removal And Disposal Of Existing Air Compressor(S) And Air Dryer.Furnishing And Installation Of New Air Compressor(S) And Air Dryer, Including All Associated Piping, Isolation Valves, Electrical Connections, And Controls.Modification Of Existing Piping And Electrical Systems As Necessary To Accommodate New Equipment.Work To Be Performed Under This Contract Includes, But Not Limited To, The Following Items Covered Further In The Contract Documents:Provide A Detailed Work Plan Including A Project Schedule And Construction Phasing Plan. This Detailed Work Plan Shall Be Submitted To The Departmentalrepresentative For Review To Verify That There Will Be No Interruption Of Service.All Equipment And Associated Components Are To Be Delivered To The Site In A Timely Manner So That The Work Can Proceed Without Delays.All Of The Above-Mentioned Works To Be Performed In An Environment Which Contains Building Hazardous Materials. Provide For Work Including Removal Of Hazardous Materials In Accordance With Requirements Of All Division 2 Specification Sections.Provide As-Built Drawings And Closeout Submittals.
