Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Catering Equipment As Part Of The Project Titled Expansion Of Zaz In Rzeszów

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Catering Equipment (Catering Equipment And Devices) As Part Of The Project Titled: Extension Of Zaz In Rzeszów With Parameters And Quantities Specified In The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To Swz).2) The Scope Of The Procedure Includes Delivery, Installation, Unloading And Bringing To The Indicated Place, Brand New, Complete, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Fully Functional And Ready-To-Use Catering Equipment And Facilities.3) The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of Intensive Use In Public Buildings.4) The Equipment And Devices Must Meet The Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements Set By The Catering Industry And Be Adapted To The Requirements Of Sanitary Control And Goods Control Offices (State Sanitary Inspection), Be Safe Products, Be Allowed To Come Into Contact With Food, Meet The Requirements Of Ghp (Good Hygienic Practice) And The Haccp System And Have The Necessary Certificates Of Conformity, Certificates And Approvals Allowing For Use In Mass Catering Establishments.5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Catering Furniture Be Made Of Certified, High-Quality Stainless Steel, E.G. Aisi 304, 441, 445.6) Together With The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Written Guarantees (Warranty Cards), Instructions, Technical Data Sheets Prepared In Polish, Technical Approvals, Attestations, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity And Certificates Authorizing Use In Mass Catering Facilities And Other Documents Required For This Type Of Devices/Equipment.7) The Contractor Will Commission And Check The Correct Operation Of The Supplied Devices And Equipment And Instruct Designated Persons By The Ordering Party Regarding The Conditions Of Their Use.8) The Contractor Will Ensure, At His Own Expense, The Proper Performance And Security Of The Assembly Works. Assembly Works Will Be Performed While Ensuring Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.9) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For At Least The Period Of The Warranty Granted By The Manufacturer Of A Given Device Or Equipment, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order Without Any Reservations, But Not Shorter Than 24 Months.10) Place Order Fulfillment (Delivery, Installation, Instruction): Ul.
