The Construction Works, Which The Contractor Will Supervise, Are Scheduled For Co-Financing From The Polish Order Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program - Edition 2 (Preliminary Promise No. Edycja2/2021/7184/Polskilad).3. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Providing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Activities Aimed At Timely Execution Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works;5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager;6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 32 Supervisions And 70 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters.4. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Reconstruction Of Provincial Road No. 163 On Two Sections: - Section Cd - Beginning At Km 77+280, Ending At Km 86+156.90;- Section Ef - Beginning At Km 87+481, Ending At Km 92+190 .85;The Total Length Of The Sections Planned For Reconstruction Is Approximately 13.6 Km.5. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Chapter C Description Of The Subject Of The Order And § 9 Obligations Of The Contractor Managing The Project Of The Contract Template.
