Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of The Building Of The Secondary School No. 2 In Leszno

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Adjustment Of The Building Of The Secondary School No. 2 In Leszno As Part Of The Reconstruction Of Rooms In The Building Of The Secondary School No. 2 (Stage Ii). 2. For The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Adaptation Of The Building Of The Secondary School No. 2 In Leszno, The City Of Leszno Received Funding From The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program. 3. Construction Works Are Planned In The Secondary School Building, Consisting Of Replacing Parts Of The Internal Joinery And The Related Widening Or Narrowing Of The Openings, And Bricking Up The Doors To Be Demolished. Secondary Divisions Of Some Rooms Were Also Designed. Installation Work On The Air Conditioning System Remains To Be Done In The Auditorium. Video Monitoring Is Planned To Be Installed In Some Rooms. For Some Rooms, It Was Designed To Support The Currently Functioning Gravity And Exhaust Ventilation System With A Mechanical System (Switched On By The User). The Study Includes The Modernization Of Sanitary Facilities In Blocks A, B And C. Some Of Them Are Currently Unavailable To Students Due To High Wear And Tear. In Reference To The Decisions Of The Wielkopolska Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service In Poznań, An Additional Emergency Exit From Block E Was Designed. The Study Envisages Improving The Safety Of Building Use By Replacing Lighting On Parts Of Escape Routes And Permanent Fire Extinguishing Devices. In Several Rooms, Doors And Floor Coverings Will Be Replaced (Currently Limiting The Effective Evacuation Of People). The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Renovation Works In Some Rooms - Painting Walls And Ceilings, Replacing Flooring And Insulation Surfaces, Replacing Radiators. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Following Works: A) General Construction Works: - Renovation Of Classroom Areas; - Renovation Of Corridors And Sports Rooms In The Educational Building - Painting Walls And Ceilings; - Replacement Of Doors; - Replacement Of Floor Coverings Along With Modification Of The Floor Surface; - Replacement Of Coverings And Structures Of Built-In Wardrobes, Internal Pipelines; - Demolition Of Brick And Light Partition Walls; - Chipping And Replacing Ceramic Layers On Floors And Walls; - Installation Of Suspended Ceilings; - Construction Of New Partition Walls Using Brick And Plasterboard Technology; - Construction Of New Door Openings, Construction Of External Stairs. B) Sanitary Works: - Installation Of Air Conditioning And Ventilation Devices; - Replacement Of Ks Risers; - Replacement Of Sanitary Equipment - Internal Hydrants, Washbasins, Toilet Seats, Urinals; - Replacement Of Thermostatic Valves; - Dismantling Of Radiators .C) Electrical Works: - Replacement Of Internal Lighting In Communication Routes - Basic With Emergency And Evacuation; - Power Supply Of Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Devices; - Modification Of Lighting In Sanitary Facilities. - In Accordance With The Full-Discipline Construction Project Attached To The Swz (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz ), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz) And The Scope Of Works Presented In The Bills Of Quantities Attached To This Swz (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz).5.
