Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Branch Building Of The Culture And Tourism Center, The Volunteer Fire Department And The Brass Band In Leszczyna - Stage 1.

1. The Scope Of Work Will Include Stage 1 Of The Investment Regarding The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The Branch Of The Culture And Tourism Center, The Volunteer Fire Department And The Brass Band In Leszczyn.2. The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Involves The Creation Of A Building Combining Three Functions In One Block. There Will Be A Building With A Service Function Related To Fire Protection, A Multi-Functional Room With Utility And Kitchen Facilities, And A Rehearsal Room For A Brass Band. The Building Will Be A Three-Story Building Without A Basement In The New Part, With The Attic Partially Used For Technical Rooms. The Building Has An Irregular Shape, Divided By Faults, With A Spacious Loggia And A Multi-Slope Roof. The Existing Building Was Connected To The Newly Designed Part On The Rear And Side Elevations. The Newly Constructed Part Of The Facility Was Designed With A Corner Avant-Corps On The Side Of The Entrance To The Garage. On The Avant-Corps There Will Be A Large Loggia With Glazing. To Adapt To The Existing Shape As Well As The Terrain, The Building Was Designed On Three Different Ground Floor Levels. The First Floor Of The Building Connects One Level. The Entrance To The New Part Of The Building Will Be Directly From The Surrounding Area Through Its Appropriate Profiling. The Part Of The Building With A Multi-Purpose Room And Facilities Will Be Accessed By The Existing Main Entrance And A Newly Designed Entrance Through A Vestibule And A Staircase With A Platform For Disabled People. On The First Floor, An Extension Of The Multi-Functional Room With Existing Sanitary And Kitchen And Storage Facilities Was Planned. In The Part With A Function Related To Fire Protection, A Garage Was Designed For Two Parking Spaces For Fire Brigade Cars. Next To The Garage, There Will Be An Office Room With Direct Access To The Outside Of The Building. The Project Retained The Existing Garage With Space For One Car. The Existing Communication In The Building With An Internal Staircase Adapted For Evacuation Purposes Will Be Preserved. From The Staircase There Will Be A Passage To The Newly Designed Part Of The Facility Intended For The Orchestra. The Hall Intended For The Orchestra Has A Separate Entrance From The Ground Level. The Room Is Designed For 30 Musicians With Instruments. In The Attic There Is A Gas Boiler Room And A Ventilation Room. The Whole Thing Is Covered With A Gable Roof With A Purlin-And-Tip Structure.3. Construction Works Covered By The Tender Procedure For The Investment Called Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Branch Building Of The Culture And Tourism Center, Volunteer Fire Department And Brass Band In Leszczyna - Stage 1 Includes, Among Others: Preparatory Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks, Foundation Works, Works In The Field Of Floor Layers On The Ground Up To The Level Of Lean Concrete With Insulation, Reinforced Concrete And Concrete Works In The Shell State, Reinforcement Works, Carpentry And Roofing Works, Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations (Lightning Protection), Drainage Installation Works, Internal Sanitary Installation Works, Works Related To Changing The Route Of Water And Sewage Connections, Works Related To The Strip Around The Building.4. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Made Based On The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz In The Scope Indicated Above For Stage 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation (Annex 11A-11E) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 10) In The Scope Indicated Above For Stage 1. The Bill Of Quantities For Stage 1 (Appendix No. 9) Is Auxiliary Material To Help The Contractor Calculate The Offer Price. 5.
