The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sports Facility - A Sports Hall With Sanitary And Social Facilities And A Connector At The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 3 In Brzeg Dolny With Accompanying Infrastructure, Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With A Permanent Roof At Zsp No. 3 In Brzeg Dolny.2. The Investment Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Olimpia Program - Program For The Construction Of School Sports Halls For The 100Th Anniversary Of The First Appearances Of The Polish National Team At The Olympic Games.3. Characteristic Parameters Of The Building - Hall With Facilities: 1) Width: 22.05 M; 2) Length: 45.87 M; 3) Height Of The Upper Edge Of The Roof: 11.97 M; 4) Volume: 11,248 M3; 5) Area Usable Area: 1,166.10 M2;6) Building Area: 1,011.43 M2;7) Number Of Storeys: 1;8) Roof Geometry: Arched.4. The Task Will Also Include The Reconstruction Of The Existing Gymnasium, Including: 1) Bricking Up The Windows; 2) Replacing The Joinery Indicated In The Drawings With Joinery With Appropriate Fire Protection Parameters; 3) Dismantling The Internal Partition Wall Together With The Joinery; 4) Replacing The Insulation With Fire-Retardant Ones; 5 ) Replacement Of The Roof Covering With Fire-Resistant Ones; 6) Demolition Of The Attic. 5. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Pitch Consisting Of: A Pitch For Handball, Volleyball And Basketball With A Playing Field Measuring 17.6.0 X 32.6 M. The Dimensions Of The Pitch, Including Runs, Are 38.0 X 21.1 M.6. The Facility Will Be Equipped With The Following Installations: 1) Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installation, 2) Air Conditioning Installation, 3) Internal Hydrants Supply Installation, 4) Under-Floor Sanitary Sewage Installation, 5) Sanitary Sewage Installation, 6) Storm Sewage Installation, 7) Heating Installations, 8) Photovoltaic Installation,9) Fire Protection Switch,10) Internal Lighting Installation,11) External Lighting Installation On The Building Facade,12) Emergency Evacuation Lighting,13) Installation Of Sockets And Power,14) Lightning Protection, Grounding And Equipotential Installation,15) Installation Of Structured Cabling,16) Installation Of A Wireless Wi-Fi Network,17) Cctv Installation,18) Burglary And Attack Alarm Installation,19) Emergency Call Installation.7. The Entire Task Will Be Carried Out Based On The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Swz And The Building Permit.8. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice And The Standards And Regulations Applicable In Poland, As Well As In Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations And Principles.9. Before Submitting An Offer, It Is Recommended To Perform A Site Visit In Order To Properly Prepare And Calculate The Offer By The Contractor For The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order. Any Local Inspection Of The Construction Site Is Carried Out At The Contractors Expense.10. The Contractor Provides A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Warranty Period At 36 Months. The Warranty Period Runs Concurrently With The Warranty Period. The Warranty (Warranty) Period Will Be Scored In Accordance With The Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Contained In Chapter 16 Of Swz.11. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing All Activities Related To The Performance Of Works, Included In The So-Called Direct Costs, I.E. All The So-Called Manual Workers. Therefore, The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others, Persons: Construction Managers, Contractors Providing Surveying Services, Suppliers Of Construction Materials.
