The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Archive Rooms Of The Court Of Appeal Building In Białystok, Injection Of Load-Bearing Walls, Demolition Of Partition Walls, Construction Of Air Conditioning Installations, Reconstruction Of Central Heating, Electrical, Water And Telecommunications Installations, And Replacement Of The Floor, Windows And Doors.2. The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works In Accordance With The Swz, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, And A Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.3. The Task In Question Is Covered By The Building Permit No. Dua-Xiv.6740.2.2024 Of March 11, 2024 And The Permit Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments Mkz.4125.176.2023 Of December 18, 2023, Together With The Decision Of December 29, 2023.4 . As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To Perform: 1) Reconstruction Of The Rooms Marked With Numbers P06, P06a, P07, P08, P09, P10 In Drawing No. 103 - Plan Of The Lower Ground Floor - Inventory Of The Building Of The Court Of Appeal In Białystok (Attached) In Accordance With With The Attached Reconstruction Project, Along With Leveling And Repainting The Walls Of The 04B Corridor After Bricking Up The Doors And Drilling Holes For All Installations; 2) Equipping The Rooms With Mobile Shelves In Accordance With The Attached Project; 3) Rebuilding Electrical And Telecommunications Installations And Implementing An Alarm And Flooding System, Connecting Fire Protection Doors . For Access Control Installations In Accordance With The Attached Project; 4) Implementation And Reconstruction Of The Installation, Including: On: A) Construction Of A Precision Air Conditioning Installation, B) Ventilation, C) Cold Water And Central Heating Installation, D) Construction Of A Water Treatment Plant, In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Devices Delivered Under The Order Are Brand New, Undamaged, Unused And Free From Third Party Rights.
