1. The Subject Of The Order Is Adaptation Of The Womens And Mens Toilets On The Ground Floor Of The School For Disabled People. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed Under The Accessible Public Space Program Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons As Part Of The Project Adaptation Of The School Complex At Teatralna In Piła To The Needs Of People With Special Needs.3. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works, Including: 1) Construction And Installation Works, 2) Demolition Works, 3) Construction Of The Subfloor And Floor, 4) Erection Of Toilet Partition Walls, 5) Painting Of Ceilings And Walls, 6) Installation Of Door Joinery, 7 ) Installation Of Sanitary Installations And Sanitary Installations For Disabled People. 8) Installation Of Electrical Installations. 4. Place Of Order Fulfillment: School Complex At Teatralna In Piła, Ul. Teatralna 1, 64-920 Piła.5. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Works Manager To Supervise The Implementation Of The Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Details Of The Works Manager Immediately Before Concluding The Contract.7. Guarantee And Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - Minimum 24 Months (The Warranty And Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).8. Construction Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And Have Current Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval.9. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Contain The Names Of Producers Of Materials Or Any Other Products Or Products, They Serve Only To Determine The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties Of The Technical And Operational Requirements Set Out In The Technical Documentation For A Given Type Of Solutions, They Are Not Binding And Should Be Treated As The Designers Proposals. They Do Not Bind The Future Contractor To Use Them. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials With Technical And Operational Parameters Corresponding At Least To The Parameters Of The Materials Proposed In The Design Documentation. In Relation To Equivalent Materials, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming Permission For Use/Installation (Certificates Or Declarations Of Performance). Equivalent Materials Are Allowed Provided That: 1) They Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Quality, Technological And Operational Assumptions Contained In The Design Documentation And Swz, 2) They Ensure Obtaining Technical, Technological And Quality Parameters At Least Equal To The Parameters Assumed In The Design Documentation And Swz The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prove To The Ordering Party That The Materials Intended For Installation Are Equivalent To Those Proposed In The Design. If The Materials Do Not Confirm Equivalence, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Use Them And Will Replace Them With Materials That Meet The Equivalence Conditions At His Own Expense.10. Due To The Fact That The Order Will Be Performed In An Operational Building, The Ordering Party Has The Following Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Work: 1) Constant Supervision Of The Work Being Carried Out, 2) The Work May Be Carried Out On Working Days From 6:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. The Detailed Work Schedule Should Be Agreed With The Director Of The School Complex At Teatralna Street In Piła,3) The Area Should Be Properly Secured,4) All Materials, Devices And Equipment Should Be Secured Against Unauthorized Access,5) The Area Should Be Tidied Up Every Day After Completion Of The Work.11. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Violations Of Law And Damage That May Occur In Connection With The Execution Of The Order.12. The Use Of Materials Without Confirmation Of Origin Is Unacceptable. If A Material Is Installed That Does Not Meet The Above-Mentioned Requirements, Requirements, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle Them, And Refusal To Perform Such Actions Will Result In Absolute Dismantling At The Expense Of The Contractor And With The Resulting Consequences.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming The Permission For Use/Installation Of The Materials And Devices Used. The Documents May Be Certificates Or Test Reports, Ce Declarations Of Conformity Or Declarations Of Performance.14. The Contractor Will Secure The Materials And Equipment Temporarily Stored At The Construction Site - Until They Are Installed - Against Destruction, Damage, Theft Or Loss Of Quality, Properties Or Parameters, And Will Make Them Available For Inspection By The Ordering Partys Representative. 15. The Contractor, As The Producer Of Waste, Is Responsible For The Recovery Or Neutralization Of All Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order And To Indicate The Place And Process Of Recovery Or Neutralization Of This Waste.16. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit.17. Submitting An Offer Must Be Preceded By A Site Visit.18. Submitting An Offer Without An On-Site Visit Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Pzp.23 Act. The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Contract: - Installation Works (Sanitary, Electrical); - General Construction Works (Including Plastering, Painting). The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons And The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Above Requirements And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract.24. The Purchaser Does Not Allow Partial Submissions. Dividing The Contract Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution, And The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract.25. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.26. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.
