Existing Condition: Salt Storage Building With A Steel Frame Structure, Single-Story, 19.10 M Long, 12.65 M Wide. The Height Of The Building At The Ridge Is 7.85 M, At The Eaves 5.70 M. The Load-Bearing Core Of The Steel Hall Is Made Of Steel Frames Spaced Approximately Every 4.60 M. Supporting Structure - Columns And Transoms, Made Of Ipe 300 Rolled Profiles, Reinforced With Buttresses Made Of Ipe 140 Profiles. Built On Reinforced Concrete Foundations. Additional Columns For The Support Of The Internal Casing Were Made Of Ipe 300 Profiles. Wall Transoms Were Made Of C100 Profiles To Fasten The External Casing. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Type Of Works To Be Performed Under The Order, Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. In The Event Of Changes To The Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Adapt The Quality Of Works Performed On The Subject Of The Order To The New Standards.3.
