The Subject Of The Order Is: The Provision Of Comprehensive Technical Maintenance And Repair Services For Vehicles, Combined With The Supply Of Necessary Spare Parts And Consumables, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The List Of Vehicles Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz. A) In The Field Of Technical Service: - Performing The Necessary Service, I.E.; Periodic Inspections Of The Technical Condition Of Vehicles Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Resulting From The Operation And Specific Mileage Of The Vehicles, - Presenting To The Ordering Party The Need To Perform Other Necessary Activities Not Covered By The Above-Mentioned Service, - Representing The Ordering Party Before The Office Of Technical Inspection In The Scope Of Carrying Out All Activities Related To The Acceptance Test Allowing The Lifting Device For Operation. B) In The Scope Of Repairs: - Performing All Current Repairs And Maintenance Of Vehicles Reported By The Ordering Party, Including Spare Parts And Consumables. - Performing All Repairs Related To Electronic Diagnostics And Control In Vehicles, - Performing Emergency Repairs And Unplanned Repairs Resulting From Various Aspects Of Vehicle Use, In Accordance With The Needs And Notifications Of The Ordering Party, - Presenting To The Ordering Party The Need To Perform Other Activities Related To Repairs Not Disclosed By Him. 2. Ordering Partys Requirements: A) The Contractor Undertakes To Accept Vehicles At The Workshop Within 48 Hours From The Moment Of Notification (By Telephone Or E-Mail), B) The Repair Must Be Performed Within A Deadline Of 3 Business Days From The Receipt Of The Vehicle At The Contractors Workshop. Derogations From The Service Completion Date Are Allowed Only In Exceptional Situations Beyond The Control Of The Contractor (E.G. In The Event Of Lack Of Availability Of Parts On The Market, The Time Necessary To Obtain The Part Or In The Case Of Other Specialized Works, The Time Of Subcontractors Involvement). G) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Works Performed Which Are The Subject Of The Order And For The Replaced Parts For A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of Issue Invoices.
