1. The Subject Of The Order Are Renovation Works In The Sports Hall At The Secondary School In Puszcza Mariańska, Plot No. 183/12, Area Żyrardowski, Province Masovian Voivodeship.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In: A) The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz; B) The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz.3. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Renovation And Construction Works: A) Dismantling Existing Windows And Doors; B) Installation Of Pvc Windows; C) Installation Of Full And Half-Glass Pvc Doors As Well As Solid Bathroom And Internal Doors; D) Installation Of External Window Sills ;E) Double Painting With Emulsion Paint;F) Painting Paneling, Grates And Balustrades;G) Painting Radiators And Water Pipes;H) Replacing The Toilet.4. Technical Parameters: A) Triple-Pane Windows With A Transmittance Coefficient Of Up To 0.9W/M2 * K Should Be Made Of Pvc; B) Non-Opening Windows With Four Glazing Units, Where The Inner Pane Is Made Of Safety Glass And The Outer Pane Is Made Of Blue-Tinted Glass (Antisol). Transmission Coefficient Up To 0.9W/M2*K; C) Internal Pvc Doors With Half Glass; D) Solid Pvc Interior Doors; E) External Window Sills Made Of Coated Sheet Metal, Up To 25 Cm Wide And Over 25 Cm When Expanded; F) Execution Of Standard Category Iii Internal Plasters Made Of Cement-Lime Mortar On A Base Of Bricks And Hollow Bricks; G) Double Painting Of The Internal Ceiling Plasters With Emulsion Paint With Surface Preparation;H) Single Painting With Oil Paint - Lanterns, Balustrades, Grates, Radiators And Water Pipes;I) Replacement Of A Toilet With A Porcelain Bowl And A Pvc Scrubber.5. Taking Into Account The Safety Of School Students Staying In The Investment Area, It Is Recommended To Carry Out Renovation Works When There Are No Lessons Or Other Activities For Young People At The School. If This Is Not Possible, The Renovated Part Should Be Excluded From Use And The Outdoor Area Should Be Designated And Protected Against Access By Third Parties.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
