The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) General Construction Works: A) Securing The Parquet Floor With Foil; B) Demolition Works, I.E. Dismantling Existing Wall Coverings Made Of Tiles, Demolition Of Unnecessary Partition Walls, Dismantling Of The Concrete Floor; C) Building A Pre-Wall For Washbasins; D) Adaptation /Widening Of Existing Door Openings For New Doors;E) Construction Of A New Concrete Floor;F) Replenishing Plaster After Demolition Works And Building Walls;G) Installation Of Sewer Risers;H) Priming Existing Plasters Based On Resins With The Addition Of Quartz Sand;I) Installation Of Tiles Stoneware On The Floor;J) Facing The Walls With Tiles Up To A Height Of 2M;K) Covering The Walls With Plaster Over A Height Of 2M;L) Painting Wooden Walls And Windows;M) Installing A Suspended Ceiling On A Metal Frame With Mineral Fiber Board Filling;N) Assembly Walls Of Sanitary Cabins, Internal Doors And Equipment, I.E. (Faucets, Washbasins, Toilets), Dismantling Existing Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating; B) Digging Vertical And Horizontal Grooves For Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating; C) Laying New Pipelines For Central Heating, Utility Water And Sanitary Sewage And Supplementing Plastering The Grooves; D) Performing Tightness Tests Of New Installations And Flushing The Water And Sewage Installations; E) Installing Water And Sewage Equipment, Including Washbasins, Toilets, Shower Trays, Faucets, Installing Radiators And Axial Fans For Mechanical Ventilation.3) Electrical Installation Works: A) Disassembly Works, I.E. Disassembly Of Lighting Fixtures And Plug Sockets; B) Cutting Grooves And Laying Cable Wires For New Plug Sockets And Lighting Fixtures; C) Installation Of Lighting Fixtures And Plug Sockets; D) Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Measurements, Including Insulation Resistance Measurements , Checking The Automatic Power Cut-Off, Measuring The Lighting Intensity, Testing The Anti-Shock Switch. The Scope Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation Of The Procedure, I.E. The Construction Design Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, As Well As The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
