1. Type Of Order: Construction Work.1.1 The Order Will Be Implemented: A) With The Use Of External Funds As Part Of The Operation Water Resources Management Under The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry Covered By The Area Development Program Rural For The Years 2014-2020.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of An Open Retention Reservoir Used To Collect Water In The Town Of Koliszowy, In The Design And Build Mode, Which Will Aim To Restore The Retention Possibilities And Create An Important Element Of The Ecosystem. The Reconstruction Of The Reservoir Will Have A Positive Impact On The Environment. 2.1. The Scope Of The Study Includes The Existing Retention Reservoir With A Fence Located In Plot No. 1309, Marked In The Drawing Of The Land Development Concept. Plot No. 1309 Is Located In Koliszowy, Located In Borders Of Końskie County. The Plot In Question Is Located At The Intersection Of Two Municipal Roads.2.2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Carry Out The Task In The Design And Build Mode Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Existing Retention Reservoir. The Contractor Will Prepare Design Documentation In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) And All Necessary Provisions And Arrangements Necessary To Complete The Investment.2.3. The Scope Of Design Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing Retention Reservoir, Including The Development Of A Complete Construction Design Consisting Of A Plot Or Area Development Design, An Architectural And Construction Design, A Technical Design With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits, Including, Among Others: Building Permits, Preparation Of Cost Estimate Documentation Based On Current Prices, Enabling The Correct Valuation And Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of Work Also Includes: • Preparation Of Correct Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates In All Construction Sectors Planned For Implementation; • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Of The Completed Investment And Effective Reporting Of The Completion Of Construction Works Along With Obtaining Appropriate Documents, Arrangements And Permits For The Use Of The Building In Question In Accordance With The Designed Purpose.2.4. The Organization Of Construction Facilities And Its Maintenance, Including Possible Water And Energy Supplies And The Costs Of Their Consumption, Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Will Ensure Proper Marking And Protection Against Damage To The Existing Infrastructure And Utility Networks As Well As Geodetic Signs. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works In A Way That Causes Minimal Inconvenience To People In The Vicinity Of The Construction Site. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage To The Construction Site Caused By His Activities. After Completing The Works, The Adjacent Area Should Be Tidied Up.2.5. The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Following Construction Works: • Organization Of The Construction Site And Final Preparation Of The Area For The Planned Reconstruction Of The Reservoir; • Disassembly Of The Existing Fence (After Dismantling The Material Should Be Deposited In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party); • Pumping Water From The Tank; • Dismantling The Existing Openwork Slabs On The Reservoir Slopes; • Desilting The Bottom And Deepening It To 2 M, Removing Excess Soil From The Reservoir And Profiling The Bottom Of The Reservoir; • Improving The Slope Of Slopes And Securing The Slopes With Openwork Slabs; • Renovation Of The Tank Outlet And Inlet; • Replacement Of Water Facilities; • Installation Of A New Panel Fence System; 2.6. The Contractor For The Works In Question Will Develop Documentation Required By Polish Law And Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. When Starting The Task, It Is Necessary To Complete And Obtain The Employers Approval For Projects In A Form Consistent With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679), As Amended.
