The Contractor Will Provide Licenses For An Unlimited Number Of Users (Indefinite For Educational Use).2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Providing All Necessary Licenses To Launch And Use The Website, B) Designing And Creating An Interactive Map (Im) Using It Tools. The Required Im Parameters Are Presented In Section. Ii Of Annex No. 2 To Swz.C) Applying Layers To The Im Illustrating Mining Areas, The Location Of Coal-Fired Power Plants And Other Post-Industrial Facilities. The Required Content Is Described In Chapter Iii Of Annex No. 2 To Swz.D) Conducting Workshops Teaching How To Work On Mining Maps, Providing Appropriate Software, Introducing Spatial Mining Excavations As Another Layer Of Im. Technical And Operational Requirements For The Software Are Included In Chapter Iv Of Annex No. 2 To Swz.E) Preparation Of An Air Pollution Map Of The Selected Area. Introduction Of An Isoline Map Of Selected Parameters As Another Im Layer. The Requirements Are Presented In Chapter V Of Annex No. 2 To Swz.F) Preparation Of Instructions, Provision Of Training, Provision Of Service. Creating A Project Website And Maintaining Information On Social Media. The Requirements Are Presented In Chapter Vi Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz, G) Granting A Guarantee (Acceptance Of Applications Via The Helpdesk).3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz;4) Deadline For Order Completion: Until February 28, 2026, With: A) Software Licenses Will Be Transferred To The Ordering Party Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, B) Conducting The First Training On Correct Data Preparation Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, C) Development Of An Air Quality Map - Up To 120 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, D) Stationary Workshops Handling Mining Maps And Preparing A Spatial Map Of Mining Excavations - No Later Than 1 Year From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, E) Imposing The Required Layers On The Im Content - By February 28, 2026.5) Required Minimum Warranty Period (Service Maintenance): 48 Months From Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 6) Required Maximum Time To Remove Errors, Counted From The Moment Of Reporting: Up To 24 Business Hours. Working Hours Are From Monday To Friday On Days That Are Not Statutory Holidays From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M.
