The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Replacement Of Roof Insulation With Wool And Polystyrene Λ = 0.031 W/Mk Thickness. 25 Cm; - Making Ventilation Holes In The Flat Roof; - Raising The Indicated Fireplaces With A Layer Of Designed Thermal Insulation; - Covering The Entrance Roofs With Thermally Weldable Felt; - Extending The Wooden Roof Structures Of The Old Part And Adding Roof Tiles To The Elongated Structures (Extension Of The Roof Above The Gable Wall And Extending The Roof Rafters); - Replacement And Implementation Of New Flashings Made Of Coated Galvanized Sheet Metal; - Replacement And Installation Of New Gutters And Downspouts With Cleaners; - Replacement Of Windows With New Ones Made Of Pvc, U = 0.90 W/M²k With Hygro-Controlled Air Vents According To The Joinery List; - Replacement Of Doors According To The Joinery List U = 1.30 W/M²k; - Other Supplementary Works, Additional And Remedial Works Related To The Implementation Of The Above.
