The Scheme Includes The Construction Of A Skate Park, Pedestrian Bridge, Car Park, Pathways And Landscape Works And Comprises Phase 2 Of The Ashbourne Linear Park. The Site Is Located Approximately 0.5Km Southwest Of Ashbourne Town Centre And 150M West Of Ashbourne Linear Park Phase 1. The Overall Proposed Development Consists Of: • Installation Of A Pedestrian Footbridge Over The Broadmeadow River, Linking The Southern And Northern Parts Of The Site. The Bridge Comprises A Single 12M Clear Span Steel Structure And 2No. Precast Concrete Box Culverts. • Design And Installation Of A Skatepark Including Play Structures, Surfacing, Drainage, Lighting, Etc. • Ground Investigation Works • Construction Of An Access Road And Carpark • Construction Of New Footpaths Throughout The Site • Landscaping And Planting Works • Associated Site Works Including Fencing, Drainage And Public Lighting.
