Delivery Within The Scope Of This Tender, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Purchase Software Licenses Within The Following Software Groups: • Office Automation; • Operating Systems; • Sbc Software; • Vdi Software; • Virtualization Software; • Workspace Management; • Other Software. Optional: These Options Are Described In The Revision Clause In Section 1.2. Services Within The Scope Of This Tender, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Be Able To Purchase The Following Services: • Advice On The Choice And Purchase Of Software Licenses And License Types, Maintenance; And; • Advice On Optimizing The Use Of Software Licenses And Costs, And; • Keep Informed Of Relevant Developments In The Field Of Software Licenses, For Example: - Market Developments; - Cost Developments - Cloud Licensing; - Any Laws And Regulations. The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents An Indicative Assignment Value Of € 9,000,000.00 Excluding Vat Over The Six (6) Years Or Approximately € 1,500,000.00 Excluding Vat Per Year. Please Note: The Order Value Is Indicative And Is Estimated At € 9,000,000.00 Excluding Vat Based On A Term Of Six (6) Years. There Is A Margin Of Uncertainty With Regard To The Purchases Under The Agreement, Which Cannot Be Quantified In Advance. For This Reason, The Agreement Is Concluded For A Maximum Order Value Of € 13,500,000.00 Excluding Vat. If The Maximum Order Value Is Exceeded, The Agreement Will End And It Will Be Put Out To Tender Again.
