Miscellaneous Repair And Maintenance Services – Order For The Electromechanical Renovation Of Existing Pumping Stations And Maintenance Of The Separate Sewerage System, Incl. 15 Years Of Full Comprehensive Maintenance. Full-Comprehensive Maintenance Means That The Aim Is To Provide Maximum Relief To The Client, Whereby The Initiative And The Maintenance Program Are Drawn Up By The Contractor, Who Is Also Responsible For The Coordination Between The Various Sub-Assignments. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Functioning Of The Drainage System. Any Damage To Certain Installations As A Result Of Inadequate Maintenance Will Be At His Expense. Since The Existing System Already Shows A Certain Age, A Number Of Pumps And Installations Will Be Renewed During The Term Of The Agreement (Within This Assignment And At The Expense Of Uz Gent), All Damage And Defects That Occur After Renewal Will Be Borne By The Contractor Unless This Damage Could Demonstrably Have Occurred As A Result Of An Error On The Part Of The Client. This Assignment Includes In Particular:  Renovation And Adjustment Works On The Electromechanical Installations Of Existing Underground Pumping Stations  Periodic Inspection And Maintenance Of Electromechanical Installations  Guaranteeing Water Management And Traffic Flow During The Works  Maintenance Of The Works During The Guarantee Period The Assignment Includes 2 Large Parts - Maintenance Contract For Sewerage And Pumping Stations - Electromechanical Renovation Of Existing Pumping Stations
