The Object Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Goods Carried Out Through Purchases, As Well As All The Necessary Preliminary Activities For The Use Of The Goods, Such As Installation And Assembly Work, Testing And Others In The Sense Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Law For Public Procurement (Ppp), With The Name: Implementation Of Measures For Replacement Of Appliances, Including Delivery Of Heating Appliances For Domestic Heating Of Natural Gas. The Implementation Of The Activities Under The Order Is Carried Out On The Basis Of Assignment Letters From The Contracting Authority To The Contractor And Schedules For The Implementation Of The Activities Under The Order In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement. With Each Assignment Letter, The Contracting Authority Provides Data On The Final Recipients (Indicating Names, Addresses And Contact Telephone Numbers Of The Persons In Whose Properties, Specified By The Contracting Authority, Heating Devices/Heating Devices Are Installed), On The Properties In Which The Carry Out The Deliveries And Accompanying Activities, And For The Types And Quantities Of Heating Devices, Differentiated And Distributed By Properties Of Final Recipients. The Estimated Total Quantity Of The Heating Appliances Included In The Public Procurement, Which Should Be Delivered, Is Distributed By Type As Follows: Gas Boilers (20 Kw With A Permissible Tolerance Of Up To ± 7%) - 12 Pcs.; Gas Boilers (24 Kw With Permissible Tolerance Up To ± 7%) - 15 Pcs.; And Gas Boilers (32 Kw With A Permissible Tolerance Of Up To ± 7%) - 4 Units. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated. The Exact Quantity Of The Types Of Heating Devices That Should Be Delivered Together With All Activities Accompanying The Delivery Is Determined On The Basis Of The Assignment Letters By The Contracting Authority During The Validity Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. This Quantity Is Agreed In Favor Of The Contracting Authority, As The Latter, Within The Specified Value Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, May Not Reach Requests For The Estimated Quantity Of Heating Devices, Or May Exceed The Same. The Contractor Shall Be Paid Only For The Actually Requested And Completed Heating Equipment Supply Activities Together With All Accompanying Activities At The Unit Prices According To The Offer On The Basis Of Which He Was Designated As A Contractor.
