1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction And Modernization Of Road Infrastructure In The Bolesławiec Commune (Łódź Voivodeship). The Orders Include The Following Tasks: 1) Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 118021E In Podbolesławiec, Technical Parameters Of The Road: A) Road Category - Municipal Road B) Road Class - D, C) Traffic Load Kr 1, D) Design Speed 30 Km/H, E ) A Two-Way Road With A 3.5-4.0 M Wide Road And A Passing Lane, F) Dirt Shoulders On Both Sides 2X0.75 M. The Beginning Of The Rebuilt Section Is Located At The Edge Of The Road Of District Road No. 4510E Wójcin-Bolesławiec-Opatów And Is Also The Beginning Of The Auxiliary Mileage Km 0+000. The Length Of The Rebuilt Section Is 206M. Up To Km 0+052, It Is Planned To Build A Bituminous Road With A Width Of 5.0-5.60 M. This Section Will Function As A Passing Section. On The Further Rebuilt Section, A Road With A Width Of 4.0 M And 3.50 M Is Planned. It Is Planned To Raise The Grade Line By An Average Of 5 To 10 Cm Above The Current Course Of The Gravel Road. It Is Planned To Drain Rainwater Into The Existing Ditch On The Eastern Side By Giving The Road Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes. It Is Planned To Desilt The Ditch Along A Length Of Approximately 50 M. At Km 0+052, It Is Planned To Build A Sewage Well With A Sewer Made Of Pvc-U Pipes D=160Mm, Draining Water To A Roadside Ditch. With The Existing Culvert D=600Mm At Km 0+017, It Is Planned To Construct A Slope Sewer On The Western Side. A Prefabricated Gutter Is Also Planned On The Eastern Side At The End Of The Curb. The Sewage Should Be Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements On A C12/15 Bench. After Re-Profiling, The Following Layers Are Planned To Be Made On The Existing Foundation: A) A 4 Cm Thick Wearing Course Made Of Concrete, B) A 1-3 Cm Thick Leveling Layer Made Of Asphalt Concrete, C) An Upper Layer Of The Foundation Thick 5 Cm Of Unbound 0/31.5 Mm Mechanically Stabilized Mixture. The Widening Is Planned To Include A Road Structure Consisting Of The Following Layers: A) 4 Cm Thick Wearing Course Of Concrete, B) 4 Cm Thick Binding Layer Of Asphalt Concrete, C) Upper Base Layer Of Thickness 5 Cm Of Unbound Mixture 0/31.5 Mm, Mechanically Stabilized, D) Bottom Layer Of The Foundation, 18 Cm Thick, Made Of Unbound Mixture 0/63 Mm, Mechanically Stabilized, E) A Layer Of Reinforced Subgrade With Cement-Stabilized Soil Rm = 2.5 Mpa, 10 Cm Thick. 2) Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 118044E In Żdżary (Koziołek), Technical Parameters Road) Road Category - Municipal Roadb) Road Class - D,C) Traffic Load Kr 1,D) Design Speed 30Km/H,E) Road With Two-Way Traffic With A Road Width Of 3 .5 M And Passing Lanes, F) Reinforced Roadside On Both Sides 2X0.75 M. The Beginning Of The Rebuilt Section Is Located On The Edge Of The Paved Road Of The District Road No. 4727E Żdżary-Kamionka And Is Also The Beginning Of The Auxiliary Mileage Km 0+000. The Length Of The Rebuilt Section Is 830M. It Is Planned To Construct A 3.50 M Wide Bituminous Road With Two 25.0 M Long Passing Lanes. An Improved 0.75 M Wide Shoulder Is Planned On Both Sides Of The Road. It Is Planned To Make A Horizontal Curve Along The Road With Α=14O And Radius R=400M. Moreover, Four Bends Of The Route Axis Are Planned With Α = 0.5-1.0O. The Intersection With The District Road Is Planned To Be Rounded With Arcs With A Radius Of R = 6.0 M And A 5.0 M Wide Road Is To Be Constructed On A 25 M Section, Which Will Also Serve As A Passing Lane. It Is Planned To Drain Rainwater By Giving The Road A Cross-Slope Roof Slope. It Is Also Planned To Replace The Sewage Well Located At Km 0+242. Together With The Manhole, The Existing Channel Under The Road Should Be Replaced With A Channel Made Of Pvc-U Pipes D=200Mm. Secure The Manhole With An Overrun Curb Or A 12/25 Resistor And Lower It 5 Cm Below The Ground. It Is Planned To Construct A Road Structure Consisting Of The Following Layers: A) 5 Cm Thick Wearing Course Made Of Concrete, B) 5 Cm Thick Upper Layer Of The Foundation Made Of An Unbound Mixture 0/31.5 Mm Mechanically Stabilized, C) Bottom Layer Of The Foundation, 18 Cm Thick, Made Of An Unbound Mixture 0/63 Mm, Mechanically Stabilized. 3) Renovation Of The Municipal Road In The Town Of Chróścin - Rainwater Drainage And Overlay. As Part Of The Task, The Section Of Municipal Road No. 118005E Between Chróścin And The Border Of The Wójcin Commune Will Be Renovated. In The Town Of Chróścin. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Project Includes: A) Construction Of Sewage Wells With Street Inlets, B) Construction Of Sewers, C) Deepening Of Roadside Ditches, D) Strengthening Of Outlets In Ditches, E) Milling Of Surfaces, F) Irrigation, G ) Construction Of A New Wearing Course. Road No. 118005E On The Reconstruction Section Is Characterized By The Following Parameters: A) Road Category - Municipal Road, B) Road Class - L, C) Traffic Load - Kr1, D) Cross-Section Of The Road: Road Strip Width From 10.7 M To 11.50 M Roadway Width 6.0 M Two-Way Traffic 1/2 Bitumen Road Surface Left Side - Raised Curb + 12 Cm Left Side - Sidewalk Width From 2.0 M To 2.5 M Pavement Surface – Concrete Cubes Right Side – Dirt Shoulder Right Side – Road Ditch, Depth Approx. From 0.3 M To 0.5 M. It Is Planned To Renovate The Road Surface Along A Length Of 500 M And Drainage Along The Entire Length Of 1,326 M. The Renovation Begins At The Border Of The Road Surface Of The Provincial Road. Milling And A New Wearing Course Are Planned To Be Carried Out From Km 0+000.0 To Km 0+500.0. The Planned Reconstruction Ends At Km 1 + 326.3. The Renovation Will Involve Milling The Existing Surface To A Depth Of Approx. 0.03 M And Making An Overlay Of 0.05 M Thick Ac11s Asphalt Concrete Over A Length Of 500.0 M And A Width Of 6.00 M. M.4) Renovation Of The Internal Road From Kamionka To Piaski. As Part Of The Task, The Section Of Internal Roads Connecting The Towns Of Kamionka And Piaski Will Be Renovated. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Project Includes: A) Milling The Surface, B) Sprinkling, C) Installing A New Wearing Course, D) Filling Of Pavement Defects. The Internal Road In The Reconstruction Section Is Characterized By The Following Parameters: A) Road Category - None (Internal Road), B) Road Class - D, C) Traffic Load - Kr1, D) Load 100 Kn/Axle,E ) Bituminous Surface With Poor Binder, F) Road Width From 6.2 M. It Is Planned To Renovate The Surface Consisting Of An Overlay On A Length Of 284.0 M And Partial Renovations On The Remaining Section Of 1,455.0 M. The Beginning Of The Renovation Was Assumed At Point W1 On The Border Of The Scope Of The Previous Road Surface Renovation. From Km 0+000.0 To Km 0+283.0, Milling And A New Wearing Course Are Planned. The End Of The Renovation Is Assumed At The Intersection In Piaski On The Border Of Plot 415/1. The Renovation Is Planned To Consist In Milling The Existing Surface To A Depth Of Approx. 0.03 M And Making A 0.04 M Thick Layer Of Ac11s Asphalt Concrete Over A Length Of 284.0 M And A Width Of 6.20 M. In The Remaining Part Of The Road, It Is Planned To Fill Local Cavities And Surface Breaks Using Crushed Stone Mixtures And Asphalt Emulsion. For Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces, Basalt Grits With A Grain Size Of 5/8 Mm And Unmodified Fast-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsions Should Be Used. 5) Renovation Of Internal Roads In The Town Of Chotynin. As Part Of The Task, A Section Of Internal Roads In The Town Of Chotynin Connecting The Town Of Chotynin With Bolesławiec Will Be Renovated. Scope Works Covered By The Project Include: A) Drainage, B) Filling Of Surface Defects, C) Surface Improvement, D) Roadside Cutting. The Internal Road In The Reconstruction Section Is Characterized By The Following Parameters: A) Road Category - None (Internal Road), B ) Road Class - D, C) Traffic Load - Kr1, D) Load 100 Kn/Axle, E) Bituminous Surface With Poor Binder, F) Road Width From 4.2 M. Renovation Of The Surface Is Planned For A Length Of 1,303.3 M Internal Road And The Intersection Area In Chotynin. Partial Repairs Of The Surface Are Planned By Filling The Gaps With Emulsion And Grit And Performing Surface Consolidation In One Layer Over The Entire Width Of The Road And In The 45.0 M Wide Intersection Area. The Left Shoulder Is Planned To Be Cut Down Along The Entire Length Of The Renovated Section. The Beginning Of The Renovation Was Assumed To Be At The Border Of The Road Surface Of The Street. Polna. From Km 0+030.0 To Km 0+100.0, A French Drain Is Planned To Be Constructed On The Right Side. The End Of The Renovation Took Place At The Intersection In Chotynin.4. Each Task Also Includes The Purchase And Installation Of Information Boards. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Documentation For The Task: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 118021E In Podbolesławiec Aappendix No. 8 To The Swz - Documentation For The Task: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 118044E In The Town Of Żdżary (Koziołek), Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Documentation For The Task: Renovation Of The Municipal Road In The Town Of Chróścin, Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Documentation For The Task: Renovation Of The Internal Road Between Kamionka - Piaski, Annex No. 11 To The Swz – Documentation For The Task: Renovation Of Internal Roads In Chotynin, Annex No. 12 To The Swz - Bills Of Quantities (For Illustrative Purposes Only).
