Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Must Submit To The Investors Supervision Inspector For Approval All Documents Authorizing Materials And Devices To Be Used In Construction In Poland. Industrial Products Must Have The Above-Mentioned Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, And, If Necessary, Supported By The Results Of Tests Performed By A Laboratory With Appropriate Authorizations. At Each Stage Of The Order Execution, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request The Contractor To Present Documents Approving The Product For Use In Construction And Reports On The Product Type Tests Carried Out. Building Materials That Do Not Meet The Above Requirements Will Not Be Allowed For Use Under The Order. After Completion Of Construction, Certificates And Quality Certificates, Attestations Or Equivalent For The Built-In Building Materials Must Be Presented In The Form Of A List. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Not Worse Than Those Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
