The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare A Project And Carry Out Conservation Works Together With Supervision Including The Restoration Of The Interior Of The Left Wing And The Central Part Of The Historic Palace Which Is Part Of The Palace And Park Complex In Zbójno, Together With The Adaptation For The Needs Of The Library. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: A) Security Works: Before The Commencement Of Works Construction Works, You Should: - Secure (Or Dismantle) Historical Elements That Could Be Damaged During Demolition/Construction/Conservation/Restoration Works; - Secure Window And Door Joinery That Has Been Replaced So Far; - Secure The External Walls Of The Building (Especially Around The Corners). ) Against Damage And Contamination; B) Demolition Works In The Scope Of: Secondary Division Of Space With Partition Walls Made Using Various Technologies, Removal Of Plasters, Dismantling Of Floors, Dismantling Of The Wooden Ceiling Above The Ground Floor, Dismantling Of Tiled Stoves, Dismantling Of The Remains Of Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installations And Electricity - In The Scope Of The Entire Palace Building; C) Construction And Construction Works In The Left Wing And The Central Part Of The Historic Palace: - It Is Planned To Replace The Wooden Ceiling Above The Ground Floor With A Monolithic Ceiling Ensuring Fire Resistance In Accordance With The Regulations In This Area, - Construction Of New Lintels Over The Door Openings Internal (Possibly Repairing, Strengthening Existing Lintels); - Construction Of An Elevator Shaft Between The Basement And The First Floor; - Adaptation Of Part Of The Basement Rooms Into A Boiler Room (Technical Room) Housing Devices For Central Heating, Domestic Hot Water, And Possibly Ventilation; D) Works In The Field Of Industry Sanitary Facilities In The Left Wing And The Central Part Of The Historic Palace On The Ground Floor, Together With The Boiler Room, Including The Installation Of Installation Passages To The First Floor (Provide Installation Shafts To Enable Further Restoration Works To Be Carried Out On The First Floor): - Installation Of Cold And Hot Water Installations Utility;- Construction Of A Water Installation For Fire Protection Purposes;- Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System;- Construction Of A Central Heating Installation;- Execution Of A Ventilation Installation;- Installation Of Central Heating And Hot Water Devices And Fittings;- Possible Reconstruction Of The Water Supply And Sewage Connection; E) Works In The Field Of The Industry Electricity In The Left Wing And The Central Part Of The Historic Palace On The Ground Floor, Together With The Boiler Room, With Installation Transitions To The First Floor (Provide Installation Shafts To Enable Further Restoration Works To Be Carried Out On The First Floor): A. Execution Of External Electrical Installations: - Preparation Of The Building For Changing The Power Connection From An Overhead Line To An Underground Cable Connection, - Lightning Protection Installation, B. Execution Of Internal Electrical Installations: - Basic General Lighting, - Additional Mood Lighting, - Additional Lighting Emphasizing The Architecture Of The Building, - Power Installation, - 230 V Plug Sockets (General Purpose And Dedicated), - 24 V Plug Sockets, - Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, - Illumination Of Information Signs, - Grounding Installation And Equipotential Bonding, - Overvoltage Protection, - Electrical Installation For Connecting Ventilation, - Electrical Installation For Connecting Technological Devices, - Alarm Installation, - Installation Integrating Intelligent Smart Solutions (Heating, Light, Alarm, Cctv) ,- General Audio Installation With A Sound System,- Video Installation (Projector, Retractable Screen),- Installation Of Cctv Monitoring System,- Installation Of Ssp (Fire Alarm System) And Sap (Fire Alarm System). F) Conservation And Restoration Works Of Floors, Walls And Ceilings: - Making New Plasters On Walls And Ceilings Based On Conservation Mortars, - Restoring Architectural Details Based On The Conservation Work Program, - Making New Internal Wooden Window Sills Based On The Conservation Work Program, - Carrying Out Painting Works Based On The Research Paintings, - Comprehensive Conservation Work On The Wooden Main Stairs And In The Left Staircase, - Comprehensive Conservation Work On The Wooden Floors Of The Main Hall Based On The Conservation Work Program And Construction Of New Floors In Other Rooms, Aesthetically Referring To The Floor Of The Main Hall, - Comprehensive Conservation Work On Interior Doors Suitable For Conservation And Construction Of The Remaining Interior Doors As New - Consistent With The Preserved Historic Doors, Based On The Conservation Work Program. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program And The Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Element In Determining The Price. Due To The Fact That The Works Contract Will Be A Lump Sum Contract, In The Event Of A Larger Number Of Works In Any Item During The Works, It Will Not Be Considered Additional Works With A Demand For Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Certain Works Necessary To Be Performed On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Design At The Contractual Price. The Components Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Include All Works And Services Accompanying The Implementation Of The Works, In Particular: Costs Of Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements, Water And Electricity Consumption, Construction Insurance, All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Securing The Construction Site, Maintaining The Construction Facilities, Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials Approved For Trading And Use In Construction In Poland. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Must Submit To The Investors Supervision Inspector For Approval All Documents Authorizing Materials And Devices To Be Used In Construction In Poland. Industrial Products Must Have The Above-Mentioned Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, And, If Necessary, Supported By The Results Of Tests Performed By A Laboratory With Appropriate Authorizations. At Each Stage Of The Order Execution, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request The Contractor To Present Documents Approving The Product For Use In Construction And Reports On The Product Type Tests Carried Out. Building Materials That Do Not Meet The Above Requirements Will Not Be Allowed For Use Under The Order. After Completion Of Construction, Certificates And Quality Certificates, Attestations Or Equivalent For The Built-In Building Materials Must Be Presented In The Form Of A List. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Not Worse Than Those Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
