Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Retention Reservoir In Żuków, Solec-Zdrój Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Retention Reservoir In Żuków, Solec-Zdrój Commune, Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The Reservoir. 1.1 The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Including: :  Obtaining A Water Permit,  Other Studies, Consents And Documents Required To Obtain A Building Permit,  Submitting Applications Or Obtaining Permits Necessary To Commence Construction Works, Including Those In The Field Of Environmental And Nature Protection And Building Permit Decisions,  Other Studies, Arrangements Necessary To Obtain Appropriate Permits;  Simplified Offer Cost Estimate Consistent With The Estimated Cost Statement Submitted Before Signing The Contract,  Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility Or Confirmation Of The Competent Authority Not To Raise Any Objections To The Notification Of Completion Of Works In Depending On What Is Required. 2) Construction Works Including: - Desilting Of The Reservoir, - Forming, Profiling And Hardening Of The Reservoir Dike, - Construction Of Reinforcements For The Banks Of The Reservoir, - Replacement Of Boards At The Outlet Of The Reservoir, - Execution Of The So-Called Storm Overflow,  Cutting And Grubbing Up Trees And Bushes,  Construction Of A Water Intake Site For Agriculture,  Installation Of A Road Barrier,  Hardening Of The Access Road And The Maneuvering Area,  Construction Of A New Reinforcement Of Inflow Ditches And An Outflow Ditch,  Construction Of New Culverts Along With Strengthening The Inlet And Outlet. 1.2 The Contractor Provides A Warranty For Construction Works. The Contractor Specifies The Duration Of The Warranty Period In The Offer Form. The Warranty May Be Granted For A Period Of 36/42/48/54/60/66/72 Months. The Duration Of The Warranty Period Will Be Assessed In The Offer Evaluation Criterion In Accordance With The Provisions Of Point 21 Of The Swz. The Warranty And Guarantee Will Be Counted From The Day Following The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Includes, Among Others, In Addition To The Terms And Conditions Stipulated By Law, Free Of Charge (Included In The Offer Price) Repairs, Maintenance And Inspections As Well As Regulations Resulting From The Warranty Conditions Of The Manufacturer(S) During The Warranty Period, Carried Out At The Place Of Use, By Persons Or Entities With The Appropriate Authorization Of The Manufacturer(S) Or Their Replacement.1.3 The Offered And Delivered Materials Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Suitable For Proper Operation - In Accordance With The Functional Scope And Its Intended Purpose, And Marked With The Ce Mark, Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Declarations Of Compliance With Applicable Standards, Safety Certificates.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Volumes Ii And Iii Of The Swz, Including: In: A/ Functional And Utility Program, B/ Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, C/ Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Documents Listed Above Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory, And In The Event Of Discrepancies Or Ambiguities, Explanations And Supplements Should Be Issued By The Ordering Party, Which Will Provide The Contractor With Appropriate Instructions.3. The Requirements For Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution Are Specified Further In The Swz. The Above Requirements Specify In Particular: 1) The Type Of Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract To Which The Employment Requirements Apply Based On The Relationship Work By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order; 2) Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons; 3) The Powers Of The Ordering Party To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements.
