Construction-Installation And Construction-Repair Works, Which Are The Subject Of The Order, Mainly Cover, But Not Only, The Following Works: Construction, Reconstruction And Overhaul Of Part Of The Ground Floor (Elevation 0+00) And Part Of The Basement At Level-3, 22 With A Main Block Building And Polyclinic Part, Which In Turn Include: Dismantling Works; Masonry Work And Partition Internal Walls; Plastering Works; Painting Works; Cladding Works; Flooring; Other Finishing Works; Carpentry Works; Insulation Works - Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation And Steam Insulation; Cladding Works And Interior Joinery; Installation Works - Plumbing, Electricity And Hvac, Building An Accessible Architectural Environment, Etc. The Types Of Works Envisaged In The Technical Project For The Execution Of This Order Are Indicated In The Specification Of The Types Of Construction, Assembly And Repair Works (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Technical Specification). A Full Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement Is Contained In The Attached Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Public Procurement Documentation (Appendix No. 1). The Contract Is Concluded Subject To A Condition Within The Meaning Of Art. 114 Of The Zop (Agreement With Deferred Execution), And Its Execution Is Made Dependent On The Fulfillment Of The Following Condition: Availability Of Secured Financial Resources, About Which The Contracting Authority Notifies The Contractor In Writing In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of Art. 114, Para. 2 Of The Zop.
