Several Elements Of The Building Need To Be Revised To Achieve Compliancy, Such As The Route Of Travel In Parking Lot, Exterior Ramp And Stairs, Entrance, Elevators (Visible And Audible Signals), Interior Stairs And Ramps, Accessible Route / Interior Doors, Washrooms (Grab Bars, Lavatories, Actuators, Accessories), Stairwells (Handrails, Detectable Warning Surfaces) And Kitchenette (Counter Space, Door Width) And Interior Signage And Visual Alarms. The Project Will Include A Thorough Review Of The Recommendations From The Audit According To The Latest Accessibility Standard (Csa B651) And Identify Any Discrepancies With The Report And Onsite Conditions.
