Preliminary Work/Follow-Up Work: The Shell Construction Work Has Been Completed (The Fixing Base Is Essentially Reinforced Concrete) And At Least The Emergency Seal Has Been Applied And The Rainwater Drainage Has Been Provisionally Regulated. The Subsequent Trade Of Cladding Works On The Window, Door And Facade Elements. A Working Scaffold Lk4, Sw9 Is Available On Site (In The South Facade Area Lk3, Sw06). Metal Construction Work: The Main Entrance To The Multi-Purpose Hall (South Facade) Will Have A 2-Story Post And Beam Facade Made Of Aluminum. The East And West Facades Will Be Equipped With Aluminum Windows (Except Ra Windows In The Th, All Fixed Glazing) And Additional Access Doors On The Ground Floor. On The West Facade, The 2-Story Window Elements Are Also Designed As A Post-And-Beam Construction. The Services Are Supplemented By External Blinds (Sun Protection On The South Facade) And Aluminum Blind Elements (Darkening On The East Facade).
