The Construction Includes New Water, Stormwater And Sewage Pipes Throughout The Property. New Bathrooms And Toilets, Approx. 60% Of The Kitchens Are Renovated And The Rest Get Completely New Kitchens. Public Spaces And Premises Are Refreshed. New Electricity Is Installed Throughout The Property According To Todays Standards. District Cooling Will Be Drawn Into The Premises.
